EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONSIneligible Vehicles: Vehicles with a manufacturer's load rating capacity of greater than one (1) ton. Vehicles used for farm or agricultural purposes. Emergency service vehicles, vehicles used for hire (e.g., Lyft, Uber), towing, construction, postal service, off-road service, or commercial purposes. Excluded Damages: Damage from off-road use, collision, fire, vandalism, theft, snow chains, manufacturer's defects, abuse and neglect (e.g., improper application, inflation, overloading, brake lock-up, wheel spinning). Cosmetic damage, sidewall abrasions, or other appearance items that do not affect safety or performance. Tires with torn beads. Damages or irregular wear caused by misalignment, mechanical failures, or interference with vehicle components. Tires repaired in a manner other than per manufacturer’s guidelines. General Exclusions: Plan covers only eligible tires installed on the vehicle registered to the customer and listed on the original purchase receipt. Consequential and incidental damages are excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential and incidental damages; such limitations may not apply to you. No expressed guarantees other than those stated herein. This plan gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

CANCELLATIONYou may opt out of the benefits by contacting the Program Administrator. This plan is non-cancellable as it is offered at no additional cost with the purchase of your eligible tires. No credit, refund, or remuneration if you opt out.

TRANSFERABILITYThis plan is non-transferable.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS PLANCoverage Period: Valid for twelve (12) months from the purchase date of your eligible tire(s), as stated on the original purchase receipt. Or within the first 3/32nds of an inch of treadwear, whichever occurs first. Tire Replacement: If an eligible tire becomes unserviceable due to a road hazard and cannot be safely repaired per the manufacturer’s guidelines during the Coverage Period, it will be replaced with a new tire. If available, an exact make and model replacement tire will be installed. If not available, the plan will cover up to 100% of the retail price paid (as stated on the original sales invoice) for a comparable quality tire. You will be responsible for taxes, mounting, balancing, and other miscellaneous fees. The plan does not transfer to the replacement tire. If the replacement tire is not the exact make and model of the original, confirm with the dealer if the replacement tire has road hazard coverage. Tire Repair: If your tire is damaged by a road hazard and can be safely repaired, it will be repaired per manufacturer’s guidelines at any participating facility. The plan will cover up to $30.00 for the repair. The plan will remain in effect.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION/ARBITRATION AGREEMENT & CLASS ACTION WAIVERArbitration: Any and all claims related to this plan shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Includes claims arising under contract, tort, statute, regulation, rule, or other laws, and against any of the Administrator’s or Obligor’s affiliates, subsidiaries, etc. Does not include statutory claims for public injunctive relief under California law, if applicable. Class Action Waiver: All claims must be brought solely in an individual capacity. No claims will be arbitrated on a class action basis. The arbitrator cannot consolidate claims or conduct a class action. If this Class Action Waiver is ruled unenforceable, arbitration will be null and void, and claims shall proceed in court. Governing Law: Federal substantive law and the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16) apply. If state law applies, it will be the law of the state where you purchased the plan. Small Claims Court: Parties retain the right to seek remedies in small claims court on an individual basis.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITYThis road hazard plan sets out the full extent of our responsibilities and the exclusive remedy regarding new tires purchased. Neither the Obligor nor the Program Administrator shall be liable for special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of business profits, business interruption, expenses from third-party claims, loss of use of the vehicle, inconvenience). Neither the Obligor nor the Program Administrator authorizes any person, entity, or tire dealer to create any other obligation or liability in connection with this product.

OWNER'S OBLIGATIONSProper vehicle and tire care is necessary to obtain the expected life of a tire. It is your obligation to properly maintain your tires and the vehicle upon which they are mounted, including: operating your tires at the inflation pressure recommended by the vehicle manufacturer keeping your tire/wheel assemblies in balance proper wheel alignment periodically rotating your tires: every 5,000-6,000 miles

WHAT IS NOT COVEREDThe tread life limited warranty does not apply to the following conditions: Tires used in commercial applications including but not limited to, police, taxi service, national account, government, and contract sales. Tires supplied as original equipment. Tires that are installed on any vehicle other than the vehicle on which they were originally installed. Ride disturbance/Vibration/Out of Round claims after the first 2/32" tread wear use. The cost for mounting, balancing, and other associated services along with any local, state, or federal taxes. Tires that are damaged resulting from road hazards, such as impact damage, cuts, snags, punctures, scuffs, nails, pothole, and chuckholes, etc. Tires that have not been rotated at least every 5,000-6,000 miles. Tires in service for more than 60 months (5 years) regardless of mileage. Tires that are damaged from conditions resulting from improper installation, misapplication, use of an improper rim, improper mounting or demounting, or wheel misalignment. Tires with irregular/mechanical wear conditions Tires damaged from misuse such as under inflation, overloading, over deflection, abuse, excessive speed, accident, failure to follow recommended tire rotation practices or improper tire and vehicle maintenance.

WHAT IS COVERED AND FOR HOW LONGThis warranty applies to the Mastertrack tires listed below, which are warranted against wear out up to the mileage coverage shown. The actual mileage you get from your tires may vary because of driving habits and road conditions. If one of the tires listed in this warranty wears out before the listed mileage we will adjust the tire on a pro-rata basis. "Wear Out" means that the tire's tread has worn evenly down to the tread wear indicators (2/32" of an inch of tread remaining). "Pro-Rata" for this Tread Wear Out Coverage is measured by the odometer readings at the time of the tire's purchase, as printed on the original tire sales invoice, and at the time of replacement. Mastertrack: M-TRACK TOUR – 55K M-TRAC HP – 50K M-TRAC CUV – 55K M-TRAC HT – 55K BADLANDS ATX - 50K BADLANDS AT – 50K BADLANDS RT – 45K: EXCLUDES ALL 22” & UP AND 37” & UP The tread life limited warranty only applies to you if you are the Original Purchaser and the tires have been used only on the vehicle on which they were originally installed according to the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations. EV vehicles do NOT qualify for mileage warranty.

CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONSAny tire, or tube, no matter how well constructed, may fail in service or otherwise become unserviceable due to conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer. For your safety, please comply with the following: Check air pressure monthly to maintain proper inflation. Never overload your tires. Avoid damaging objects and road hazards. Avoid use of worn-out tires (less than 2/32” remaining tread depth). Avoid excessive speeds. This limited warranty is only valid in the United States of America, Puerto Rico, and Canada. SUBMITTING YOUR CLAIM*Please send the required documents to customerservice@unicorntire.com *Email Subject: Mastertrack Mileage Warranty - First Name & Last Name. Below is the information that will be required, 1. A copy of the installation receipts. Must include: a. Year, Make, and Model of Vehicle b. Mileage at installation. c. Date of installation. 2. A copy of all maintenance receipts. Example, tire rotations, tire balance, wheel alignments, etc. Must include: a. Year, Make, and Model of Vehicle b. Date of service. c. Mileage at time of service 3. Pictures of the full DOT. a. One side has a complete DOT with a date and the other side is an incomplete DOT without the date. b. The correct side will have 4 numbers and no letters at the end of it. 4. Clear pictures of the full tread width of the tires. 5. Clear pictures of the full sidewall of the tires. 6. Clear picture of the current odometer reading. No claim will be recognized without the information listed above and where you, the owner, or your authorized agent presented the tire for adjustment. Please do not discard tires until you have received notification from Mastertrack Tires regarding the disposition of your claim.
